I was admitted to the emergency room by my fiancé who found me delirious, drooling, and not able to make sentences or walk on my own. They found an almost 2 inch tumor on my cerebellum and operated on me on the 25th of October.
I was pregnant with identical twins with a planned c-section. I was being monitored at the hospital due to PPROM when my water broke. Amelia was baby A and was stuck in my birth canal.
On May 20, 2019 I fell 40ft off my balcony due to being in a domestic violence relationship. I was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery at Mass General Hospital.
For the past four years, I have suffered from a spinal cord injury, called transverse mellitus. I have been a patient at Kessler for about three years now.
I suffered a spinal cord injury caused by a severe stroke with right-sided deficits at the end of 2021. Now I have Trigeminal Neuralgia which is causing a worsening pain on my right face and affecting my ability to walk.
I got into a motocross accident where i just landed perfectly wrong and compressed my spine until my vertebrae gave out at t5 and bruised my spinal cord leading to paralysis.
November 4th, 2024 at 5am while picking up another worker, was shot by one of the workers. The bullet went through his spine.
My son Robert is 16 years old on August 2024 we went to the beach he dived into the water and didn’t notice there were shallow waters. He broke his neck and has spinal cord injury.
I’ve always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie—hiking mountains, running marathons, trying out every extreme sport I could. It wasn’t just a hobby; it was my whole lifestyle. Pushing my body to its limits made me feel alive, invincible even. But it turns out life has a way of humbling you when you least expect it.
On 10-2-24 I walked into our home & found Q unresponsive on the floor. His sugar had gone so high that he was completely out of it. He went immediately to the ER in Latrobe where he developed an infection so bad that it caused blood clots to shoot all over in his brain & spine.
Anthony was in a head on car crash on July 24, 2024. He was left with a TBI and a T-11 Spinal Cord injury, as well as a broken femur, ribs, and hand, and multiple cuts all over his body.
